Glue for Eyelash Extensions

How to Apply Lash Extensions Glue

Picture
For lash extensions to last longer, there must be a proper application of the lash glue. Below is a guide on how well you can apply lash glue:
  • Use only the right amount: If you use a lot of glue it will look messy and everyone who looks at your eyes will be able to see it. If you apply too little glue, the lash extensions will fall off almost immediately after application.
  • Wait for forty minutes after applying the glue: You should give the lash glue enough time to dry before applying the lashes. The glues should be tacky before the lashes are put in place.
Lash glue should be treated just like superglue; it is applied and one waits for it to dry before sticking the surfaces you wish to stick together.
  • Use more glue at the outer and inner ends of the lashes: lash extensions will start coming off at the edges and in the inner part of the eye and if you put enough glue, you will not have a problem with the lashes falling off prematurely.
  • During the application of the lash glue, ensure that you hold the lashes over the tube with the lashes pointing against the glue. This is to ensure that the glue does not come into contact with the lashes.
If you hold the lashes with the edges near the glue, you may have the glue spilling over the lashes and this will make the lashes stick together making application very difficult.
You should also ensure that you use high-quality glue if you want to have best results. A professional esthetician will be able to guide you on the best lash glue in the market so that the lash application will not be a mess.
You should also inform the esthetician if you suffer from any allergies so that he can choose the most appropriate lash glue that is mild and will not lead to any adverse reactions.
