Natural Eyelash Repair

Repairing of Natural Lashes after Eyelash Extension Application

After a certain duration of applying lash extensions, a person may feel the need to give the natural lashes a break so that they can grow back to their original state or make them get better. Below are ways that one can adapt to ensure that the beauty of the natural lashes is restored:
  • Do not use eyelash curlers as they will only lead to further breakage or damage to the natural lashes.
  • You should also avoid the use of waterproof mascara as it will make the natural lashes stiff and dry and in this state, they will break easily.
  • Do not sleep with your makeup on as this will lead to further breakage of the natural lashes. Stiff lashes pose a risk to the cornea as it can prick it as you sleep.
  • Use natural lash conditioners which include castor oils or coconut oil; you can take the conditioner that appeals the most to you and apply it on the eyelids and also on the lash line. After a few weeks of use, you should be able to see a huge difference in the natural lashes.
  • There are also some growth serums like Grande Lash MD that will be applied on the natural lashes and after some weeks of use, you should be able to notice an improved growth in the natural lashes.
Eating a balanced diet especially foods that are rich in vitamins as well as proteins will lead to a more intense growth of the lashes.
Whenever you choose to apply eyelash extensions, do not just allow anyone to apply the lashes on you. Conduct a background check so that you will know whether the person is qualified to carry out the process of lash application. You can ask around from people who have had a lash extension application and they will definitely recommend an esthetician that can be trusted.
